  First McDonald's I've ever been to that won't let someone inside when their vehicles don't fit in the drive through like the ambulance I drive! Worst service ever gave me attitude when I told them I was in an ambulance and can't fit an told me "too bad"

  The ice cream machine at McDonald’s - Cape Charles isn’t “broken.” It’s a permanent exhibit. A museum installation titled The Audacity. At this point, it’s less of a machine and more of a stainless steel prop whose sole purpose is to mock customers. It stands there every day, shiny and useless, pretending it has a function. How does this location consistently turn the most basic fast-food item on the planet into a mythical creature? It’s not artisanal gelato. It’s not handcrafted sorbet infused with rare ingredients. It’s soft serve. Milk. Sugar. A button. And yet somehow — magically — it’s “down.” Always. Not occasionally. Not during rush hour. Just… eternally unavailable. If reliability were a class, this machine would have dropped out years ago.
