Not long after drinking it, I felt sick and had symptoms that felt like food poisoning. I expected much better quality and hygiene. I don’t feel comfortable going back here

I understand that everyone has a bad day, but come on. Basic levels of courtesy should be the rule, not a bonus. Smoothies here aren’t so amazing that I need to keep coming back…I’ll be looking elsewhere.

The staff was friendly and professional, and everything felt well organized. Brandon, the cashier who helped me, was especially outstanding. He was polite, patient, and very attentive, provided excellent customer service with a positive attitude. It’s always refreshing to be helped by someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. Overall, I’m very happy with my visit and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Tropical Smoothing and if Brandon is working, you’re in great hands!
