- MEMurat EsenJul 25, 20261.0I recently had a disappointing experience at my local Safeway store in Old Keene Mill Rd Burke VA.I received a box of coffee capsules as a gift, but I don't have the necessary machine to use them. When I visited the store to exchange or return the item, the customer service representative was unfriendly and unhelpful. She didn't even wear a name badge, and her appearance was very poor. She seemed uninterested in assisting me and called for a manager instead. The manager, Nick, arrived slowly and seemed equally unenthusiastic. He questioned me about the item and asked the representative if she saw me come in with the product. I found his attitude and accusations to be unacceptable and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially for a simple exchange or return. I plan to share my experience on all social media platforms and speak with the district manager to address the issue and ensure that customers receive the level of service they deserve. I will demand and apology from management team.
