- JPJosh ParkSep 17, 20262.0Dear diary, The general manager asked me to wait because she was overwhelmed. I waited. I cancelled my order because there was a mistake I made. Then she said to have a nice freakin’ day. I get that she’s flustered. Then she asked me to leave. I stepped outside and went back in. Sat in the corner until someone would ask me if I needed help since it seems to be busy. She asked me if I needed anything and I said that I wanted to order. Confused she asked why I wanted to order after I cancelled, I said that I made a mistake, but she was not having it. Then she said that I wouldn’t be ordering from there today. I didn’t do anything.. I mean I was persistent in ordering a pizza but then she said that she can call the Fairfax county police to remove me. Well I just want pizza not handcuffs. So I said that I wanted pizza and she said you will not be ordering from us again. She’s the general manager. I hope she feels better tomorrow. I guess I’ll be getting dominos… Sincerely, Papa ain’t got no papa John’s
- MMMorgan McDonaldSep 4, 20261.0Super annoyed. I ordered my food 20 minutes in advance for my drive and when I arrived it still wasn’t in the oven. When I got there I waited another 10 minutes before I went inside to mention my order and they seemed to finally get it ready. Another 10 minutes I went inside and they called my name with my order and I took it and went home. When I got home I realized they got my order completely wrong. I had ordered a pepperoni with red sauce and cheese(simple) and i received a pepperoni and mushroom with some white sauce. Terrible experience for someone who was so hungry.!
- GYGalen YoungAug 16, 20261.0I haven’t eaten Papa John’s in a decade, wife has never. I was a fan so I convinced her to try. Unfortunately crust was blonde, didn’t rise, raw dough flavor in center with crunchy cracker-like exterior (on two pizzas). This happens when dough is under-proofed. There are so many good local pizza options we won’t be going back. Ordering was easy, staff friendly, and store was clean, though.
