  I just wanna share this with the owners and other people for future reference. I was just there not that long ago and I was uncomfortable because they took my debit card in the back to process a payment. Keep in mind for some reason it was taking a little long and I told the employee there I don’t have a problem with it but other people will have a big problem that you’re taking their credit cards in the back to make a payment when I cannot see someone physically or what he’s doing with my card now hopefully they didn’t take a picture of my card or anything like that but you guys should not be doing that at all because if I see something come up on my card it’s not gonna be a good story and I just wanted to share this with the owners because the employees need to be retrained because for no reason why a customer’s card should never leave their site cause I do not know what he was doing. He could be processing the payment or maybe he could be taking a picture of my card. I’m not saying he is, but just for future, a customer’s card should never leave their site again I was not upset, but this should be noted that a customer’s card should never leave a customer site

  great place, they always know my order before i come in, friendly staff and clean areas, honestly great costumer service is the cherry on top for all my visits

  So basically, I called the phone number for this and then the lady told me what did she say? Can I place an order so she just hung up? I called back and I was talking to a manager and the food tasted nasty. The fries were stale. The burger was not good and please do not go here.

  Get rid of the stupid TV sized order screen and bring back people that don't hide around the corner. You aren't providing the right experience. This isn't about this particular restaurant, but more a commentary on McD's in general. You are acting like a dine-in vending machine, but you use people instead of robots and you've lost the personal touch. Congratulations, you're store now has the personality of your clunky, oversized, dirty, UI.
