The inside of this five guys location is just as cold as everybody says it is. It is absolutely freezing. The AC is blasting. I have read that fast food places do this to create quick customer turnover, which is extremely rude, inconsiderate, and messed up to the customers. They are literally blasting AC on your food to make it cold in order to generate more customers. This is annoying when I was there today. It was completely empty. So they’re blasting their AC to try to create quick customer turnover for no reason. Five Guys is definitely overpriced by a few dollars. I have seen it has risen over 90% in cost in the last 16 years. Their burgers were $5.89 back then. It’s not good enough to be charging premium burger prices like restaurants do yet they are. It is not worth it anymore. There are definitely better places to eat at for the money. The staff was extremely nice and sweet though. I will not be back here because I’ve given this place a couple of chances. There was zero extra wait for my burger. I don’t know why people say it takes so long to get your food. Anytime a restaurant is busy of course you’re going to have to wait a couple extra minutes. Every time I’ve ate here my food has come out quick. The peanuts were really good

If you're getting food during dinnertime I recommend ordering ahead online - it gets very busy. The staff are efficient, patient with hungry customers, and deal heroically with the dinner rush. Also everything on the menu is delicious!
