- PCPeach Child4 days ago1.0Honestly ZERO stars and just booooo !!! tomatoes tomatoes tomatoes Every time I order from this Dunkin store online, my drink arrives less than half full. This isn’t a one-time mistake, it’s happened repeatedly. When I go in person this never happens so I called the store beforehand of placing my order and specifically asked them to make sure my drink was filled properly because I’m paying for a large, not half a cup. It’s really frustrating to keep paying full price and consistently receive less than what I ordered. If I’m being charged for a large drink, I expect to actually get a large drink filled to the proper level. The worker speaking on the phone was rude, and dismissive. I was told that large drinks are always made lower than the cup size?? and can only be filled with extra ice or more milk, which makes no sense when customers are paying for a large size.
- SWSkylar Weddle4 days ago1.0Stopped in here with my step mom and sister before a trip and we ordered sandwiches, coffees, and bagel bites. While ordering the lady even repeated what we ordered. We got our order quickly, however, 85% of it was wrong. We got omelette bites instead of bagel bites and our coffees which we ordered sugar free all came with sugar. We went back to the register with the receipt to show the lady that we did not get the bagel bites and she made my step mother repay for the bagel bites and was so rude to her! And on top of that when my sister simply just asked for ketchup they literally rolled their eyes and went “mhm”. The customer service let alone lack of human decency here is nonexistent.

When we got our food we got three egg bites which we brought to their attention. They were in shock and told her that if she wanted that she had to call them mini bagels and made her REPAY FOR THEM while all the workers stared. As she was paying I asked for ketchup and they rolled their eyes at me and said mhm. so unnecessary. On top of that they gave my sister and I the wrong syrup in our drinks. Sandwiches were made nice enough though.

Despite the lack of customers, I waited for about 5 minutes and nobody even started making my drink.There were two guys working. One just walked off to the back. The other employee finally came out, put on gloves, and then completely disappeared. Management needs to address this lack of professionalism. I will not be returning.
