  4th time this week and every single time we get food at least for 3 people people. And every single time we ask for spoon they say that they don't have it, and all these 4 times we got the food, there is too much salt in it. Im not sure if there is anyone tasting the food before they give it to customers or it like whoever is in the kitchen and have free time can pick up the salt and add it on the food.

  Ate carnitas here today and it had an off smell and tasted like tuna fish. Given that I would recommend eating elsewhere, pork shouldn't taste like it was starting to spoil.

  I used to go there often because it’s close to my workplace, but now I really don't want to go back. Even when it’s not busy—which is most of the time—online orders still take forever. The dining area is always completely empty, and the staff are too busy chatting and goofing around with each other to do any work. I sat down at a table, looked to the side, and noticed that the ants were having a meal right alongside me.

  I don’t think I’ll be their regular anymore .. this incident happened today and I’m usually a regular at this chipotle , I told the cashier I’m using my double protein reward , she acknowledged it and when I scanned it for two bowls , chicken , I got charged $26 how is that even possible ? And I realized after the fact that I had already put my phone to tap to pay! And my reward points disappeared but clearly my reward wasn’t added because there’s no way for two chicken bowls the total came to $26 , this never happened to me and only 1 of the chicken bowls was double chicken and that’s when I put my rewards to redeem it but the cashier did something clearly ! How was my total so high? On top of that she didn’t even give me a receipt and left real quick , they never give receipt only some do. I’m so mad I paid so much and my points got taken away , I definitely don’t recommend this place and won’t be coming back to this one.

  The service was okay, the food was barely okay, but I must say unfortunately the restaurant is absolutely filthy, and for that reason, I don’t plan to ever return again. The floor is disgusting, chips and rice everywhere. The restaurant is literally infested with ants, the ants were crawling everywhere, and that really grossed me out. I suggest a professional deep clean asap!!!
