  Our family orders Chick-Fil-A every single week and I place a very large office order at least once or twice a month. Not anymore. Today I placed an order for delivery through the Chick-Fil-A app. The order was missing my kid’s chicken nuggets. I searched the app, and the app said to contact the store you placed the order from. I contacted the store and was told I had to go through DoorDash even though I didn’t place the order in DoorDash. I contacted DoorDash and they told me to contact Chick-Fil-A. This run around is so frustrating and annoying that I will not be dealing with Chick-Fil-A again in the future. And what about people that can’t afford a second option to replace their kid’s meal??? Fortunately that’s not our issue today, it’s about principle, but that’s also not very Christianly to do that to a child. “That’s our policy.” Well, my policy is to not do business with anyone that doesn’t make good on their promises. I ordered a product, I didn’t receive it and you made it impossible to remedy, so we’re done. Luckily there are endless food options in this area that do not have these issues.

  Clean, well taken care of and friendly staff. Food was prompt and hot and there is a play place for kids. Fresh flowers on the tables and in the bathroom. Great location.

  I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A thanks to Will. He’s a young, passionate, and highly motivated team member who clearly takes pride in his work. From the moment I was helped, he showed excellent attention to detail and made sure everything was handled correctly and efficiently. What stood out most was his attitude — he was genuinely friendly, respectful, and went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. You can tell he cares about people and represents the company in a really positive way. Employees like Will are exactly what makes a difference in a customer experience. He deserves recognition for his hard work and I hope management sees the value he brings to the team.

  A few things were a bit of a bump tonight. We are frequenters at this location and we’re a little upset at the ration of our food. We always get Large fries and this is what today’s looked like. This is more or a small medium order placed into large containers. 4/18/2026, Curbside #8647883

  This Chick Fil A location alone gives me hope that not all is lost when it comes to the fast food/ fast casual business. You could eat off the floor here if you wanted to-- they're always cleaning up, always cognizant of tables that need wiping down. I just watched the manager crouch down and wipe up two infinitesimal pieces of detritus off the floor that no one would have otherwise noticed. The people who work here are consistently lovely, and I love seeing that they hire local teens. Family atmosphere is great and food reliably delicious. Keep it up, Burke Chick Fil A!
