I frequent Cava as I really like the food and have been to this location before but never again will I go to this location.. Person preparing my food was rude and unwilling to listen /accomodate when he said the steak would take 5 minutes to prepare and he would leave my bowl out in the open under a light. I asked him if he could make a new bowl when the steak was ready and he refused to do so. I understand not wasting food but in this case leaving a bowl out under lighting wasn't a great option if I wanted my bowl to remain fresh. His manager came by and saw everything towards the end but refused to mediate the situation. I walked out.

Experience was amazing! The service was quick and efficient. As someone who doesn’t eat here very often, I asked for some recommendations and they were more than happy to give me some good advice! Absolutely coming back here.

Genuinely horrible service. Normally I don’t do reviews like this and I never really ask for much. But the two guys who helped us out were so rude to me and my mom. They talked to us like we were stupid and when they made a mistake in my mom’s order they blamed her and upcharged her. Food was normal but those to young, entitled guys made the experience frustrating. Would never come back
