  This place is an absolute joke, this is the amount of meat you can expect on your sub and if you complain about it you'll get even less next time and the owner will do absolutely nothing about it. I wouldn't come back to this location even if everything was free.

  Let’s talk about this Subway. Actually, let’s talk about the ray of sunshine working there today, 05/14/26. We all have bad days, I get it. But making me bring back a sub to “prove” you forgot the main ingredient, then pretending that somehow wasn’t accusing me of lying, was a choice. Especially considering that on the phone you already admitted the mistake. In person, though, you apparently decided it would be easier to try to belittle me instead of just owning it. Funny enough, you’re the one who immediately remembered it was supposed to have tuna… just sayin’. I’ll absolutely give credit where it’s due: the guy who ordered it probably should’ve noticed before leaving. He’s been a little distracted lately. His mom is on hospice, so life’s been a bit heavy lately. And to be fair, you did ring it up correctly for what you actually made. But accountability is still a thing, and this probably could’ve been handled a whole lot differently. Consider it a learning experience. I know we will. We won’t be back. BV doesn't have a lot of choices but I'll decline the choice to expose myself to your level of whatever that was ever again. I actually feel sorry for you, you're not going far with that attitude and you certainly aren't cut out for food customer service. You've got a solid foundation for federal politics though, after all nastiness and lack of desire to be accountable are required for that.

  Do not waste your money at BV at Subway, this is 3 times I’ve gotten food there. They put light meat and vegetables on your sub. They said they are limited on how much. It’s not. I’ve been to other subways in Rockbridge and Staunton plenty of times. They don’t hold up to subway standards and by them saying that they are not only faulty advertising what they have on the menu but on Subways policies. I’ve done already discussed this with the own one time and told them I’d take my business elsewhere.

  Great service! Hinckley Lovely served me and my friend, he had a smile on his face and seemed like he was living his dream job. Ended up asking for his name bc I wanted to leave a review. 10/10 experience

  To start off women working was very rude, not greeting or a hello. She asked what we wanted we said “ chicken bacon and ranch. She said okay, then when we go down the line to add toppings we said our toppings and we go to pay. I asked does the ranch come separately, she very rudely said “ it’s not mandatory for me to put ranch, you have to add that as a topping” as we had already told her we wanted Chicken bacon ranch. Then proceeded to give a lecture on how to ask for toppings. After we paid she said “ I can add ranch it’s not that big of a deal” but made a huge deal 2 minutes prior. Do not come unless you want to wait forever.
