  Tonight we did a carry out order. The app said it would be done at 7:33. My husband arrived at 7:45. He didn't receive our order until 8:15/20ish . My husband had an e- gift pizza hut gift card for $25 on his phone. He gave the phone to the manager who was EXTREMELY RUDE not just to the customers but also to the employees. She looked at it and said she couldn't do it, she couldn't put the gift card. The instructions on how to redeem the gift were on the screen. My husband was already irritated because our order was not ready and how rude she was that he didn't argue with her he paid a didn't. I'm not one to write reviews but this situation was unacceptable.

  Ordered the large three topping special and it was delicious! Perfectly cooked pizza and toppings. Great job guys.

  Ordered for pick up and paid online. The audacity to ask for a tip even after paying online for a pick up is crazy. No other pizza place is that desperate. Remembered why I’ve only been to Pizza Hut once in 2 years. Did I mention the food was awful

  Ordered online, got a confirmation, drove to the store — only to be told they “never had my order.” Yet somehow they instantly refunded my card without even asking for it. So clearly they did have the order. Total waste of time. If you can’t handle online orders, don’t offer them.
