  Cream of chicken wild rice soup is watery and gold. Pick 2 sandwich has tinny small mozzarella cheese. Service was terrible and the manager seems doesn’t care. I didn’t wonder why they have 3 stars reviews.

  When this location first opened, my family had several disappointing experiences at the Bristow location and ultimately wrote it off. We eventually gave it another try because of how convenient it is, and I can honestly say that over the past year, the accuracy, food quality, and overall customer service have improved significantly. In the last six months, it finally feels like the Bristow location is living up to the Panera brand that we know and love. We were still a bit hesitant, but decided to place a large catering order last week, and we were genuinely impressed. Our detailed instructions were followed exactly, the order was accurate and fresh, and the manager went out of her way to ensure we were completely satisfied at pickup. Our guests loved the food, and we especially appreciated the follow-up the next day to check on our experience. I never would have expected to write this review a year ago, but we’re so glad this location has found its footing.

  Food is as expected. Pastries are never fresh, nor will they allow you to choose a fresh item that you can see come out the oven. The bathroom does not get sanatized regularly. The coffee is rarely fresh. It's one of few places in the area with seating, refreshments and wifi to work or study.
