  After eating a smash burger in Marion I was so impressed I got 1 in bristol. Bad mistake. Took 15 mins and the burger wasn't fresh and had a nasty taste. The drink was very watery.. almost 14 bucks down the drain.. 🤢 Just tried to call back and tell them how bad their burger was compared to the fresh awesome one I got in Marion was. No answer..

  Had to wait over 15 minutes every single time I’ve had a mobile order ahead. I left the last time! It was a single cup of ice and had to wait over 15 minutes! Not going back. Management really needs to hire more staff or have a discussion on punctuality.

  Tbh if I could leave a zero star review I would. I understand being short staffed, but I see the staff at this location just randomly leave to chill at a picnic table they hid beside the dumpster and smoke a cig every 15min or so. In no universe should it take over an hour to get FAST food.

  Ordered the food. Specifically asked for Mayo and Cheese only for my small child. While I was ordering I could hear the lady taking the order also talking to someone else about another order and I had to repeat myself 3+times. It was correct when it was read back to me. 30 minutes later our food finally comes out and it’s cold!! Tots cold, burgers cold, and my daughter’s burger is cold and has everything on it, our drinks sat so long the ice was melted! I pushed the button again and told them I want a refund. To which the person replied, “Well if you want a refund on a card I’m going to have to call someone and ask you to wait because I’m a new manager here and don’t know how to do it.” I stated a cash refund would be fine. During this time a carhop rude as hell walks up to the car and says let me have the bag and then reaches in and touches the food for proof it was cold. Pretty much throws the bag back at me and says well keep it, we can’t take it back. Let me see what I can do. Goes back in and comes back again. Said it’ll be on your card in 48hrs. Rolls her eyes and walks away. I usually never have an issue with sonic, but this was unacceptable! Insinuating I was lying about the food that took forever being cold and then being rude as hell about it. Do better Sonic!

  This was an absolute terrible experience. While 1 was on break outside with his shoes off in the rain there were at the least 12 cars backed up. In that instance employee should have helped and finished his break not during dinner hours. We waited 1 hour on 2 tater tots with chili and chile and 2 strawberry sprites. They brought 1 sprite asked if we could add another to the ticket since they didn’t the first time, I get it gets busy and wi tn not much help it’s tough. We waited 20-30 mins to even have an order taken just for it to be wrong. The boy that brought our 1 drink and tater tots said he couldn’t addd the additional drink to the ticket we had already ordered? But for the wait is a drink it worth it? A couple great employees near lunch time however later in the day is absolutely terrible and I’m no Karen I have patience but, I would NOT recommend going to this sonic if you value what your eating whether it’s hot or cold or 3/4 filled drink.
