  I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and nobody ever took my order, so I eventually just drove off. The last 2 times I went here, it took over 40 minutes in the drive thru just to get a drink. I understand that restaurants can be understaffed, and I’ve worked multiple fast food jobs myself that were understaffed at times. But waiting 20 minutes and not even having someone take my order is ridiculous, especially when there was only 1 other customer at the restaurant. This isn’t just one bad visit. I’ve had repeated problems with extremely long wait times at this location, and this time I couldn’t even place an order. I really think corporate needs to step in and do something about this location because being treated this way as a customer is just crazy.

  Dysfunctional and Disappointing. Honestly at this point more disappointed in myself for giving this place as many chances as I have. 1 star because 0 isn’t an option.

  Literally the slowest drive through I have ever been thru. Came before work and ended up being late because it took twenty minutes to get my food, while people behind me had to squeeze out bc their items came out before mine. Came again today, the second of September, and made sure to show up 25 minutes earlier than last time. I’m still currently waiting after almost 30 minutes, and I’m late for work yet again. The most frustrating part is that multiple people are getting their orders before me when I just ordered two drinks and two chicken wraps. Updating this after I got my food! They didn’t even get one of the drinks correct, was supposed to be a lemonade slush and it was literally just slushy water with a lemon. When I mentioned my drink was wrong she just stated how much my order was and asked for payment. I paid and left because I was already 10 minutes late for work. Thanks for nothing sonic!

  We order ahead everytime and today we spent 40 minutes waiting at this location for DRINKS. No food. Nothing but drinks. When we asked how much longer we was told “we will bring it when it’s ready” I’ve been a manger at a lot of food industries and this is completely unacceptable. They need to hire management who knows what’s going on.
