  Short Version: I wouldn't go here at night if you can help it. You will easily wait almost 20 minutes to get a single iced coffee order even when there is NO other customers. --------------------------------------------------- Detailed Version: Just went to this Dunkin' to get my fiancé a coffee and arrived a few minutes before 11PM. I waited in the drive-thru for a little over 5 minutes waiting for someone to answer. I figure, it's late, there's probably one person working. I finally ask "hello?" at the drive-thru speaker, no acknowledgement, so after another 30 seconds or so I go pull around and I see an employee in there just looking towards the coffee makers but not actually doing anything, and the only car in the parking lot is another employee actively smoking very strong weed in their car with the windows down. Whatever, not my problem I guess, there's an employee inside, so I'll go order. I walk in and stand at the counter for roughly 3 minutes and the employee is standing there with his phone propped up on the coffee makers watching anime. Keep in mind he has not looked up, acknowledged me, nothing. At this point I'm fascinated that he didn't hear the door open, hear me walking up in my flip-flops, nothing. So I figure I'll see how long it takes him. Another minute or two go by where he finally picks up his phone and starts walking around with it, but he's still so invested in his show (which I can loudly hear) that he STILL hasn't noticed me. FINALLY he faces the front of the counter to grab something, and sees me. But his first response is not an apology, but "Oh hey, our lobby is supposed to be closed..." Again, no apology or acknowledgement that someone had been standing there. I let him know I was actually in the drive-thru for a little over 5 minutes as well and that's the only reason I was even in the store, but it wasn't locked or anything so how was I supposed to know the lobby was closed. The employee who went out to hotbox in his car probably left it unlocked when he went out there. All he said was "oh...I guess my headset isn't working" Dude probably didn't hear me for the exact same reason he didn't see me or hear me actively standing there at his counter for 5 minutes: Completely and totally invested in his show. Needless to say, what should have been a quick in and out drive-thru order took over 20 minutes where I had to go inside because one employee was binge watching the Dr. Stone anime (I was standing there for so long I was able to ascertain what show it was) and the other employee (whether on a break or what) was outside smoking weed. Honestly, I could care less what any of their employees do during their downtime, but at least be aware of what the heck is going on around you.. Once I walked out, I hadn't even gotten in my car yet all the way before I saw the employee who helped me walk out and complain about how I was in the lobby to the other employee sitting in their car smoking weed. Again, the light up "OPEN" sign is on, the hours say 24/7, I started this journey at the drive-thru window to begin with, and I walked right in like normal. But I guess I'm the problem? Unfortunately, after my epic adventure here, when I got home before even telling my fiancé the story, she took her first sip and said the coffee tastes old. So side quest failed. Perhaps these reasons combined explain why they have a below 4 star rating and were completely dead on a Friday night. Now we know to avoid this location

  Whoever the man is working at 8 o'clock on June 11 2026 is fantastic. Wonderful service wonderful drinks. Wished we lived closer we would come everyday. Best experience at a Dunkin ever.

  I had came in to Dunkin’ Donuts not long ago with my parents to get some donuts two separate orders well we had noticed there was flies flying around on the donuts my dad had asked the older fella that was working the front register to get their donuts from the back because we had seen flies on donuts in front well he had a attitude about it he grabbed two donuts from the back and grabbed four from the front ..well I specifically told him to grab the donuts I wanted from back because Im particular he ignored what I had said being spiteful and grabbed my donuts from the front where the flies were I still paid because I didn’t wanna cause problems in the store but I am very unhappy he was rude and spiteful this Dunkin’ Donuts lost my business I will not be coming back!
