    Small portions of fries, chicken tenders, and drink not filled very high for $13. Also, drink did not taste like a diet Dr. Pepper should. Need to improve these areas to justify pricing.

    This was rough. This was later in the evening. The store was "steady" but certainly not "unmanageable". However, it was very "unmanaged". I have had extensive restaurant experience as well as management experience and this is one of the first times I felt the need to jump in and help. There were two customers waiting while I was, one was a door dasher. I actually didn't even wait to awful long because I only got one Blizzard. The front service area was an absolute disaster. They had no counter space to work. The prep table was completely covered with trash, spilled chocolate syrup, and other toppings. A trash can located at the front was completely full and literally overflowing with trash, melted ice cream, and I'm food. I witnessed an employee attempt to use the trash can, see that there was no room, and he just lets the trash fall to the floor. A tall male employee, wearing a headset was extremely agitated. He didn't appear to be a manager, no one that I saw appeared to be. The male employee, I witnessed was slamming items, including the ice cream machine. He was throwing cups, both for beverages and ice cream containers out of his way. The female cashier that helped me, was polite and didn't show stress. While the male employee was likely upset because of the limited help, he definitely made little to no attempt to conceal it. I actually felt sorry for the coworkers.
