  I’ve been there twice in the last week. The automated ordering system is inaccurate and difficult to communicate with. On my second (and likely last) visit. We waited 10 minutes only to find out the whole line was waiting on the first cars grilled chicken… instead of parking the first car to keep DT moving like every single other fast food chain. Two cars pulled out of line waiting, and our food was cold because it had also been waiting. Big disappointment for $30. I’ll spend it elsewhere.

  I love bojangles, but the exit 7 bojangles is consistent in getting my order wrong, leaving the straws and sporks out of the bag and almost every time I go I have to pull around and wait at the back door to get my chicken. When the chicken is almost always great, the sides are usually good even if I dont get the ones I ordered, and the people are nice, but my order is always wrong.

  Excellent hot food this morning and the service was very fast and super nice... they even had dog treats.... highly recomend.

  Excellent staff, very friendly. The lobby and bathrooms were spotless. The food was hot and fresh!! Very Great service!!!😃
