  Gentleman that waited on us had an earbud in, lady with long hair in ponytail but still slinging. Tables and floor were dirty. They were not busy. So no excuse

  Very slow in the drive thru, waited a good 15 minutes before the line budged, then even when I pulled up couldn't immediately take order, was about a minute from driving off, then when I ordered it was at least another ten minutes before I got food. The drive thru person did at least apologize but 25 minutes is a bit much no more busy than they looked. Not looking to get anyone fired or anything cause I'm not sure whose fault it was but strongly advise management to look into it. Haven't had this problem before there. Food was fine though.

  One of the best Arby's I have had the pleasure to dine in. Very clean dining area as well as restrooms.

  I order delivery from Arby's here in Bristol on West Lee Highway frequently but seriously considering either ordering from a different Arby's location or not patronizing them all together. My main issue is, they NEVER get my order right, and I mean literally NEVER. Looked forward to the crinkle French fries on one delivery, got the order, No fries! Next time, a couple of crinkle fries and the rest were curly fries. The food is good. Just actually getting what you order when you order it that is a REAL problem.
