  Gave this location another try after a number of bad experiences along this stretch of highway. Sadly, still the worst. Worst service, basically just walked out. Rarely ever leave a bad review because I know people in this industry work hard, but yeah, would suggest going elsewhere.

  Did a mobile order, showed up, doors were locked and drive thru closed. So I walked in through the gas station portion, waited 8 mins before someone asked how they could help. Told them I did a mobile order and they literally told me they didn’t know how to make any of it and that I’d need to do a refund request in the app. Knowing damn well that’s not a thing to do. Completely unsat.

  Worst customer service I ever experienced! 30 minutes waiting, one really rude guy throw away the sticker for the order , then he acting like he didn’t care , I place my order at the kiosk because they’re never try to attend the order!

  I have a very horrible experience with a worker hes tall and white, his name is Charles. when I walked in but left me waiting for about 10-15 minutes without taking my order, despite clearly seeing me there. When he finally took my order, he was extremely slow and had a dismissive, unprofessional attitude. His behavior made it feel like I was an inconvenience for simply trying to place an order. The lack of urgency and poor customer service made the experience frustrating and unacceptable.

  The stuff very friendly and professional. I ordered coffee and they were extremely busy because there were a lot of customers at the drive-thru. I placed a mobile order, and even though it was hectic, they were very polite, apologized, and gave me a free donut😎😎😎. Thank you!
