There are not a lot of choices for this particular area, but this Bo jangles is by far the most unorganized I’ve ever seen. I ordered online because I learned a while back if I didn’t, I would be waiting AWHILE. Well, save your fingers the Trouble, online ordering is NOT faster, in fact it may be slower, because they put your order on the “back burner” because you’re not standing there looking at them. But, anyway, I get there and I wait, they were out of thighs, they were out of coleslaw and I took the last of the chicken legs. (All of which were in my order) The poor kid running the front by himself, the dining room full of people, 1 car in the drive thru (I know this because my husband was waiting out side in the parking lot and told me because I couldn’t understand what was taking so long. It was taking so long because there was no team effort, no other employee there was helping him with pick up and dining room orders. There is a serious manager problem here. The kid was moving as fast as he could but was running out of everything, people backed up in the dining room, other customers complaining to other customers about the wait and disarray of the place. Drink station was disgusting, again, you can’t blame the kid, he was slammed. But nobody seemed to have any sense of urgency. Just keeping the food on your menu, prepared and available during opening hours would be a huge improvement. And maybe grab someone else to help the cashier running the front.

When I get to the window, the cashier asked me what my order was and she did not even have the correct order for me then I had to pull up to wait on my food. While waiting on my food, I checked my checking account and I was charged $41.38. My total was only supposed to be $24.60 upon going in the manager had to go pull up the receipt through their system because I did not receive one when I paid Extra items had been added on that I did not order and did not receive. The manager on shift was very polite and professional, and got me a refund for the amount overcharged, but the staff there has extremely went downhill is not professional nor cleanliness.

The hot food holding area behind the counter looked dirty and disgusting; empty ready pans just strewn about, and what chicken was actually left in the case looked rather dried out. One of the employees asked me if I just came in or if I had ordered (just came in), then walked away and gave me enough time to change my mind. This was probably the worst I’ve seen this place. The restaurant is supposed to be open for another 3 hours; if I had come in right at closing, I might have expected that. Very disappointed. It was busy, but that’s no excuse…

There was food scattered all over the floor throughout the dining area. I actually watched an employee clean off a table and push the food and trash onto the floor instead of picking it up then simply walk away. The pictures I took speak for themselves. The customer service wasn't any better. The woman taking my order was extremely rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her simply by coming in to place an order. I understand that people have bad days but customers shouldn't be made to feel like they're a problem for walking into a restaurant. Then came the food. I waited 23 minutes for chicken tenders that I was told were being made fresh. After waiting that long I expected them to at least be hot and fresh. Instead the tenders came out cold.
