  This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! I went in today and used the kiosk to place an order. It took me and several others in the lobby over 30 minutes to get our food. No one was working the counter that entire time. Finally, after 25 minutes a lady came up, that I presume was the manager, I asked her about my order, she took my receipt without saying anything and walked away. A young guy came up and told me my food was probably ready but they had no one to bag orders... What?! Several people came in during that time trying to get their drive through orders fixed that were messed up. I should have just taken a lose on my money and walked out. This place should be shut down.

  Disgusting tables that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in hours. I paid for large drinks and received medium cups. When I asked about why they said not our problem. I asked for a refund for the cost of the Large cups they told me no and refused to help me anymore.

  Rebecca Hills and Brianna Walker was very rude in the drive threw . they was very disrespectful to us customers . making smart comments under breath . nasty attitudes

  How can one screw up an order that's printed in front of them. You wait on a long line but yet it's supposed to be fast food, you pre-order your food so that you don't wait. You get your food and it's wrong plus it's lukewarm! I've never had this problem at Chic Fila.
