Ordered breakfast.... Gravy biscuit.... Also one bag of ice.. took 16 minutes to make my breakfast and hand me a bag of ice. One gravy platter and one small bag of ice.. 16 minutes...

The Guest Experience Lead here on May 11th was the nicest McDonald's worker I have ever met. An absolute angel, she made my day. Didn't catch her name, but my biggest compliments go out to her.

Went to get breakfast this morning, ordered a sausage & egg McMuffin menu. I only received the sandwich, so i told an employee about it, and she said "I got like 20 orders", and just walked away, and I stood at the order desk for 5 minutes as she shoveled other orders and just stared at me. Like okay, does you being busy preclude you from giving me what I ordered? Maybe next time I should hit them with "sorry im too busy to pay". I eventually got a hold of another employee, and he yanked the bag from me, and basically threw it back down on the counter once he came back with the hashbrown and drink cup. Sorry for being an inconvenience for ordering food at a restaurant. I promise it wont happen again, I'll be going to Chipotle from now on.
It was a very busy day today and as someone who also works in food service I understand the overwhelming stress and frustration they must’ve been feeling at the time, before I go further I need to express that my food was both correct and fresh (tasted very good) however after waiting a very long time for my food to be brought out to my car I walked inside to check on it, as I walked inside one of the workers was coincidentally FINALLY bringing my order out. The worker didn’t notice me behind him until he made it to my empty uninhabited car. I then made my presence known and explained it was my order. The worker got short with me and demanded I be “more patient” and that the drive thru is quicker, even though curbside is specifically designed for people who don’t have the time for drive thru (which was wrapped around the building btw) or don’t want to interact with people, also don’t tell me to be patient after I already waited until the next millennium to come inside, I’m normally chill and would let this little inconvenience go but YOU DO NOT ACT LIKE THAT TO CUSTOMERS!! I’m sorry I only had about half an hour’s worth of patience for you, I understand you were busy but it’s not like I ordered the entire restaurant. Was I supposed to wait 30-40 years and send in my future grandkids to pick up my 20 piece chicken McNuggets? Normally I have nothing but great experiences with this location, friendly staff, correct and normally fresh food, etc. I just needed to express the problems I had faced today. Hopefully it’s just a fluke and after today experiences will go back to normal because this is my favorite McDonald’s location nearby and I visit here quite frequently.

I never leave restaurant reviews, but after my experience at this McDonalds establishment, I feel it’s right to call out the staff’s behavior.
The lady gave me the wrong drink and when I went back to get the right one, she scoffed in my face, turned around, and started to laugh with her co-worker…before I could even finish explaining the problem. When she did give me the right drink, she mocked me IN MY FACE! I was polite during the whole situation, yet got treated like crap because I wanted the right drink. Do better Mcdonalds, your staff is terrible here.
