- DGDarius GoodsAug 23, 20261.0Today I had a truly horrible experience here. From the service, to the quality of food, to the wait time, they were all over the place. I will give a bit of grace to the girl taking orders she seemed like she was new there. Although management definitely plays a role in her not being trained properly. I was charged almost $2 extra for my food that I had to wait 10 minutes for. As well as waiting, my food was improper. I asked for extra cucumber and tomatoes and those request were completely ignored. When i finally notified someone I was overcharged, there was no sense of urgency in rectifying the situation and she seemed annoyed that I wanted my partial refund after being incorrectly charged. I also got a side of pasta salad which after a couple of bites I realized it tasted odd… lo and behold it was beyond the best buy date. Overall crappy experience and not to mention they were also out of ice, so I had to “enjoy” my warm sweet tea. Sorry for the bad review but this needed to be said.
