- TSTara SbitanySep 24, 20261.0I usually love Dunkin when I’m having a good morning/day however, this location did not satisfy me whatsoever. They got my entire order wrong…. I asked for almond milk in my coffee and it instead put regular milk in the order. I also asked for munchkins and usually they are glazed. None of them were. And then my hashbrowns I ordered were burnt. The most of the employees were not friendly whatsoever. I didn’t even want to go back inside to correct them knowing that my entire order was not right. That’s how bad it was. I tried this location and I definitely got my moneys worth... I’m not going there again.

I ended up standing there waiting for over 20 minutes while they kept stopping to make other customers’ orders. After all that waiting, this is the drink I received. I had ordered two drinks, but after making the first one, they didn’t even start on the second. I had to remind them that I was still waiting for another drink. They simply said okay and continued making other orders, so I had to wait another 5+ minutes. What’s the point of ordering ahead if the order isn’t even started by the time it’s marked as ready? Extremely frustrating experience and easily one of the worst pickup experiences I’ve had.

And then the drinks are just awful, food is cold, and service is hostile. This location needs to be shut down if they can’t maintain their professionalism or quality

She was obviously not concerned about us as drinks just kept piling up on the counter. Finally got her attention and asked how much longer...she asked someone and they said 5 min. We just drove off.
