  I ran through the drive thru and ordered a refresher with green tea. The girl taking my order and the girl at the window were very short and not friendly whatsoever. I got a couple miles down the road and took a sip of my drink and it was made with lemonade. Not a huge deal, but definitely a disappointment.

  Typically have a horrible experience. There are 2 young ladies in particular who are SO nice. I will skip the drive through if it’s not one of them! Juliette rocks, she deserves a raise!!

  This is the first time I write a negative review on Google maps. The experience was really bad. I asked for a hot dunkalatte, they made it cold, and then rather than throwing it away and making me a new hot coffee, they threw away ghe ice and brew the cold coffee!!! Very unprofessional! I'm never going back to this location ever again! Dunkin, do better!

  I don't usually do reviews especially of fast food places since I know they're under pressure to get people their stuff quick but unfortunately my experience at this Dunkin was worse than I expected. I pulled up to the window gave them my app to scan was then told what else I owed and I expected it to be a bit more so I said what did you have me rung up for, the cashier told me and it was not what I ordered. I mentioned that and she closed the window I guess to get some help. A very disrespectful employee then opened the window and told me to come back tomorrow for a refund because their manager wasn't there and refunds couldn't be processed without a manager. Paying for the wrong thing is whatever I get mistakes happen, I just wasn't sure how the orders got mixed up since its not like there's multiple lines but that I can forgive. Not being able to process a refund the same day and telling me to come back the following day is ridiculous. I was on my way out of town and genuinely could not come back tomorrow so I was confused why this was being asked of me. The second employee then kept telling me there was no need to be rude even though I had not raised my voice nor used profanity in any way I was just trying to understand what she was asking of me and I guess she took my questions as being rude. I was on my way to an appointment so didn't have time for this to be sorted out so I just ended up asking for what I paid for which they did give to me begrudgingly even though I assume it was for the person behind me. I understand mistakes happen but not being able to process a refund the same day is absolutely unacceptable as is calling a customer rude who said nothing of the sort. I apologize for not wanting to pay for my order after already paying for another order that wasn't mine, but without a refund that day I did not feel comfortable doing that since there was zero guarantee had I been able to come back the following day a manager would be there or that they would honor their word and give me a refund. Hence my choice to just take what I paid for even though it wasn't what I wanted. I don't think I'll be coming back here any more unfortunately, this was the third not great experience I'd had here.

  I usually go by a 3 strikes and you are out motto when visiting restaurants and that's exactly what happened with the Blacksburg DD location. My first visit, they gave us the wrong donuts. No worries. I went in and they fixed the problem. Great! Then a few days later I visited a second time. This time there was no bacon on the bacon avocado toast and they were out of mocha, so they offered to "divide up" the squirts of mocha flavor between our 2 drinks. Again, not that big of a deal. But then, visit 3 came a couple of weeks later and that was absolutely the final straw. It probably wouldn't have been had it not been for the extremely rude behavior we were met with. We ordered our usual drinks and bacon avocado toast. This time I decided to check for the bacon while still at the drive thru. It had no bacon. I told the clerk who then demanded my receipt. So I showed her the sticker on the box that clearly stated "bacon avocado toast". She took the toast and was gone for an incredibly long amount of time considering it just needed bacon added. In the meantime, other employees were walking by the window and laughing. Long story short, she hands us the box back and yes, it had bacon on it but that wasn't all. It had plastic on it as well. (I tried adding the photo to this review but it won't let me. I will keep trying.) I don't know if it was accidental but I'm inclined to believe it was not. Needless to say, that was my final visit to this location. I'd rather drive a few minutes to Christiansburg, where the employees are much friendlier and the service is better.
