After trying 2 different ones I was told there was nothing they could do and I could order in person but they've had issues with some of the kiosks. This is after they spilled a freeze in my lap the weekend before and I was offered 2 napkins to clean up an entire freeze on my clothes. After wasting 20 minutes trying to order I'm not wanting to order for a 3rd time.

- CACaitlin AtwoodJul 11, 20261.0It was very swamped this time around, but I'm leaving this review with 1 star as consequence of staff prioritizing SPEED over accuracy; we ordered food with extra toppings, sides, and drinks and usually get the correct order. This time they made EVERYTHING PLAIN, forgot the sides, and we couldn't return the order because we had already begun eating it. None of the toppings we were charged for were included, and we had to go back twice to remind them the order came with sides (prior to our knowing the state of the burritos and quesadillas). This is THE FIRST time this has happened to us; we've waited longer for correct orders and we're fairly patient. Customers should be expected to wait to get their money's worth. Instead this comes off as a 'rushed' job that takes $5 more in taxed toppings and leaves a poor taste in one's mouth. The restaurant's clean for the most part and the faculty are generally friendly, so this isn't a personal review. We'll try this Taco Bell again in the future, but the familiar faces that we enjoyed greeting won't be seeing us soon. We hope to try again and leave a more favorable review reflecting the service I know this establishment can (and has) reflected in the past.
