  You have to order on a machine that will allow you to order items that they don't have in stock. The suggestion is to give you another item. I hope more locations don't take away humans. I don't want to be my own cashier at Taco Bell.

  I hate to say but the food was awful and I wouldn't recommend no one to go there after like 9 pm they only 3 people the night I went and it sucked

  I've never had to complain about this location, but this time was horrible. We ordered on the app, and I will say it was a decent-sized order because it was for multiple people. The app doesn't have a combo for two regular beef chalupas. They do have a chicken combo that you can swap. We swapped it to beef. It can be clearly seen on the ticket. The girl at the drive-through window and speaker told us they would do it this one time, but next time it had to be done on the app. It was ordered correctly on the app. We get our food and check it, and the chalupas are still wrong. They are steak instead of beef, and we are missing an item. So we pull back around and explain that it's still not correct and we are missing something. The girl admits she messed up, which is fine; everyone makes mistakes. We just wanted our food to be right and go on our way. While we were waiting, we witnessed them throwing food around. A young man with glasses and a tiny man bun sticks his head out the window, being a smart aleck, and says, "This is the third time; next time you will be charged for it." Very unprofessional and rude when we definitely were not in the wrong. We were treated like it was a crime to want our food correctly. I've worked in the food service field and never want to make anyone's day difficult, but come on, that was just poor coaching, and attitudes need to be adjusted. Maybe Taco Bell needs to make their employees take a literacy test to work there. 💀😂 Please do better 🙏
