  So I recently moved to the area and visit this location about once to twice a month, I always get a Medium coke with my meal, well today when I went in they handed me a small, I say "I was supposed to have a medium coke with my order" the manager(had the nicer button up shirt which is the managers shirt/I was an assistant manager at a McDonald's in Georgia for 7 years, I know what they wear) proceeds to tell me, I am wrong that is a medium cup. I asked her why it said small fountain on the side and she said, that is for the milkshakes and frappes(like it doesn't say medium frozen:small fountain on the side). Then acted like i was the one in the wrong, I let it go and just walked out. They will not be getting my business again, she all but called me stupid, like I didnt know. I am a 33 year old woman in America, yet she acted like it was my 1st time at a McDonald's and didn't know what size the medium drink was. My husband had gotten the new berry sprite(its really good btw) in a medium, and it came in the medium cup. I shall insert a photo for reference. Pathetic, work smarter people, and make it make sense.

  Came here to quickly grab a chicken deluxe and a 10piece chicken nugget. I received my deluxe with barely any lettuce and the chicken looks like the grease ain’t been change for a good while. When I went to the counter to ask about putting more lettuce on my sandwich I seen the line sandwich maker just slopped some lettuce on and threw my sandwich to the side to the coworkers that gave me the sandwich back. She said look at that and see if it looks good and walks away. I know this ain’t fine dining but if you don’t like what you do then leave. Last night sandwiches were just as crap. Nice clean environment and half crap service

  Meat raw and cold , the prices are so high surely they can afford to use the grill to cook it

  Stopped here this morning on our way to WISE. We got pulled up to the front because they were waiting for fresh biscuits. More than a handful of cars went through the drive thru during this time and left and more than a handful was pulled up front and along the other side. Several big bags were brought out and given to the customers, yet we still waited 23 minutes for a chicken biscuit and hash brown. This place needs new management and workers.
