  Went through the drive-thru and ordered an ice coffee , when i received the coffee , it was not stirred at all , everything was just sitting at the bottom of the cup compared to how it should’ve been. when i asked the lady at the drive-thru about the coffee she had a very nasty attitude , and shut the window on me. she didn’t offer to remake the coffee or try to make the experience better.

  Unable to get orders right, leaving people in the parking lot just so they don't have a delayed server time. After waiting 45 minutes gave our order to somebody else. management is extremely disorganized and unable to control their own store. If you value your time do not go here until management is replaced with something professional.

  We came in for a late meal after a concert trip. Waiting for the employee to acknowledge us at the menu board took several minutes. Then after finally pulling up and getting our drinks we were asked to pull up. We were never told why we needed to pull up just to do so. Then the next two cars in line behind us also pulled up and parked as well. Then approximately 20 minutes later we watched as those cars who ordered after us recieve their meals before us as well as another vehicle who came through the drive through while we waited.

  Purchased a 4 piece chicken stripe an chocolate shake. Took a reasonable amount of time to freshly deep fry the chicken. Everything was prepared as expected. I was given more dipping sauce than I needed. Better too much than too little! Staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurant was clean. Plentiful parking available.

  I like this McDonalds. Nice employees the older cashier I think was Waterloo location also another lady was Waterloo and all the folks who are this McDonalds always nice and I don’t really care if they get something wrong a time or two frankly they rarely do I don’t think I’ve gotten a wrong order here or Waterloo ever—one time person w me had to go in they left something out, I get double filet-o-fish combo it’s so good IMO. I get McDoubkes Doubke QPer w cheese meal etc it’s all good thank you. Double filet o fish meal midday 7-17-26
