The ovens were down After his hateful, dismissive attitude he made her coffee wrong, forgetting the cold foam. So after being so unnecessarily RUDE and obnoxious, he served her an incorrect coffee order. My daughter couldn't hear him at the window from my passenger side so I was relaying. This young man actually "barked" at me and said, Ma'am, im not talking to you. Im.asking HER a question. He interrupted me twice. So dismissive and RUDE

Drive thru register was down and in 10 minutes some guy walked it and got it working. 2 other people ordered before me and still had to wait 20 mins. This is the worst franchise owner. The day before I couldnt get my order because they were too busy and only had 2 cars ahead of me. Waited in drive thru 10 minutes before driving off. Do better.

- SHSarah HughesSep 18, 20261.0We are frequent customers of DD and I understand this location lost most of it's staff, but that is no excuse for terrible customer service. Been having so many issues lately with this location, switched to mobile ordering in hopes it would make it easier. Well this morning, we waited 15 minutes for our drinks, I nicely approached them and explained if we wont be getting our drinks in 5 minutes we would have to leave because we have to get our child on the bus. I never got a clear response, so asked again, and they said they would make our order. I received a drink that was not mine (had the same name as mine but was a different order). I handed it back and said im sorry this isnt my order. Server took it back and aggressively slammed it into the trash. I said we would have to leave so please help me refund the order. I was told she didnt know how. I asked her to check with her manager. Manager wouldnt come talk to me, manager told first server to tell me they never trained her how to. I asked if there was a number I should call, she said I have no idea. Had to go to another Dunkin to get a refund onto a gift card and they made our drinks perfectly and apologize for the experience at this one. Will be driving to Vinton from now on until they get their staffing issue fixed. The only perk of them losing most of their staff was at least the people making food who would keep the same pair of gloves while picking up their phone, touching non food related items and touching their face, are all gone.
