  Didn't really appreciate the way the cashier just cut me off by rudely shaking his head no and barked "We don't have beef right now!" as soon as I started ordering my sandwiches. But then what does Arby's care because I see they respond to positive reviews but crickets on negative ones.

  Wow as long as I have been going there I never was offered the discount because of my age but this time the waiter at the window said I gave you the discount.

  Diane served me at the counter, and she is a gem. Positive, helpful, and an asset to the team. Her conversation made me feel like a regular local, not just a trucker passing thru. Food was great, but Diane was the star. It’s people like this that make you want to come back again, so thank you!!

  Nate running the cash register is probably the most competent and helpful person I’ve ever seen working in an Arby’s. Excellent service, quick responses. I really appreciated it.

  I am eternally grateful that the Love's truck stop in Bastian, Virginia, includes an Arby's that is open 24 hours! I live locally and it is one of only a handful of restaurants with that availability. In addition, the food is always made fresh, your order is correct and served with a smile from the friendly employees. I recommend this place to stop if you're traveling or like me, you live nearby and crave a milkshake @ 3 a.m.
