I will never come back to this Dunkin’ again I will just go to Dutch pantry for donuts. And the donuts we got were hard anyways so the food wasn’t even good.

My drink was deliciously made & I cannot say enough how sweet it is to be treated especially before a long road trip. Shout out to Lydia!

Once the door was locked and he had to use the drive-in. Once the oven was broken and no hot sandwiches were available. Once there was no one to wait on him in the store for 5 minutes - the place was empty. They always put donuts that have a creamy topping in a bag and the topping rubs off on the bag. Once at the drive in, they left something out but still charged him for it. Service is ALWAYS a problem. Obviously, there is no management at this location and it makes things look bad for other Dunkins - we personally would never try Dunkin again. And it's really too bad because my husband wants to be able to go there for a quick breakfast before going to Anytime Fitness across the way for his exercise program..Hoping they can get a NEW MANAGER and clean up their act!

There was one time that I placed an order and when I arrived they had actually locked the front door of this location. The employee refused to answer for at least 10 minutes and gave me no solution on what to do about my order. I spent over an hour trying to talk to Dunkin customer service and in the end all they did was refund my sandwich order. There was no apology and no real ownership of the real issue. This location is severely overwhelmed and understaffed and unfortunately it has resulted in incredibly poor service. To the point where I feel that I will not longer purchase from Dunkin. I suggest you avoid this location under any circumstance.
