  I have been coming here for five years. Tonight, I asked a bartender for some food, and he told me, "I am not your servant." He was racist toward me. This behavior is inappropriate. His name is Isaiah.

  We had a very disappointing experience with the customer service here about an hour ago. From the moment we walked in, we waited to be seated and were not greeted at all. The woman near the carry-out area spoke to us in a very rude tone and seemed annoyed when we asked to be seated. When I said we wanted to dine in, she responded disrespectfully and loudly, telling us we could seat ourselves and not to sit on the other side but in the rudest way. overall disgusted with her customer service. After that, we sat down and waited, but not a single person came over to greet us, give us menus, or check on us. There were no menus on the table, and we were completely ignored. We ended up leaving because nobody attended to us. Overall, we were very disappointed with the lack of basic customer service. We will not be returning.

  Based off same review posted an hour ago - seems like the Saturday night spot is not Buffalo Wild Wings. Got in at 9:30, server didn’t come until 9:50 or later. After the drinks finally came, we got our appetizer. This is the last time something went well. My partner ordered her wings and chose 4 sauces. One of which was not correct. When I asked for a soda refill as well a bar item refill, I should have walked across the street to the ABC store and just made it myself, it would have been faster. Because of her delay, i was unable to enjoy my wings, as I had chosen some of the spicier options, I finally went to just grab a soda from the bar before she came back. After our left overs were placed in what can only be described as the temu version of what a to go container should be - The fries that I had ordered, 2 1/2 business days ago, came to the table. When we informed the server that we no longer need them, although she was not our designated server, she looked like we had just fired her on the spot. Unrelated, at no point during this visit did we receive flatware or napkins above a quantity of four. Overall, would not come back.

  Was really looking forward to trying BWW and decided to go woth the hubby. Saturday night (after 9pm) so we expected it to be busy. We ended up ordering apps and meal at same time (by choice). Server almost seemed bothered by our presence. Food runner handed us each dish, instead of placing on table and trays were hot. After 10+ mins and 2 requests, I did not get the sauce I needed for my meal. I ended up eating a few apps, drinking my lemonade and getting check. We had to ask for napkins and utensils AFTER we had our food for a little while. Didn't even bring a bag or tops for sauces we did have when we asked for carryout containers and check. Terrible service. Some people are just not meant to be in the industry and this location seemed to be full of people that did not want to work tonight. May try again, but NOT this location.

  I’m a regular here, but today was extremely disappointing. The food didn't taste right, and the service at the to-go station was outright rude. I get that it was busy, but a simple 'hello' or 'thank you' isn't too much to ask. My food was a complete mess because the boxes were packed sideways in the bag. What’s the point of using divided containers or asking which two sauces I want if you're just going to shake it all together? Also, the short woman at the to-go section had a terrible attitude. She kept staring me down as if she knew she’d messed up. Definitely not the experience I expected from a place I frequent
