  The food is good....BUT...its the OUTSTANDING Customer Service they ALL provide. Even more impressive is the fact that they're all young folks...and the manager - I believe his name is Jake - is very helpful. This day and age, it's rare to have a business PACKED with great employees...ESPECIALLY in food service...it is MOST DEFINITELY APPRECIATED!

  I ordered a burger and tater tots with cheese, looked forward to it the whole drive home, especially the tots. It took a little while and I sat there smelling it, but I thought "Its okay. The longer it takes the gooier and yummier the cheese tots will be." I got home, and to my dismay my tots were cheeseless. 💔

  Very disappointed with my experience at Sonic. I ordered two drinks and ended up sitting at the drive-thru window for nearly 10 minutes with no communication about the delay. After waiting all that time, I could finally see the employees beginning to make the drinks, which made it seem like my order had either been forgotten or no one knew what was going on. To make matters worse, the employee working the window sneezed into his hands several times while handling orders and never stopped to wash or sanitize them. That was honestly the most concerning part of the entire visit. I understand places get busy, but basic organization, communication, and hygiene should be expected. Unfortunately, this experience left me with very little confidence in the level of service or food safety at this location.
