  First time there. Ordered Chicken Bowl and it was excellent. I look forward to going back and trying other menu items.

  I frequent this place. The food is juicy, perfectly cooked, appetizing right down to the exotic scent and downright delicious. Plenty of parking and the staff is warm, hospitable and family- esque. I can’t say enough good stuff about this magnificent discovery. I’ve been a client for a few years now.

  Chicken was excellent as always. Love the sides (plantains & rice) but rather than mixed vegetables, we got broccoli. Not very well seasoned and could have been cooked just a bit longer. Still our favorite chicken spot!

  Absolutely delicious! The steak kabobs, yucca fries, and plans were so good! And that green sauce, YUM!

  I do not write negative reviews unless it is warranted and my experience with Fire & Chicken in Ashland has left me to post my comments. I placed a large online pickup order with Fire & Chicken on Saturday (Aug 22nd) around 7:30 PM which is well in advance of their closing time. I received confirmation my order was accepted and that it would be ready at 9:15 PM. I arrived before 9 to pickup my order but the restaurant was closed and lights turned off which led me to believe they closed well in advance of their posted hours. I received no advance notification my order was canceled or to pickup my order before 9 PM. I was left to find an alternative for my family that evening. I immediately posted my feedback from the notification that I received on my phone when my order was placed about not receiving my order. I called the next day to talk to a manager and subsequent calls every day (Sun - today, Fri) but unable to get ahold of the manager. Called Friday (8/28) but employee said the manager will not be in until Monday. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. Extremely frustrating. My prior experience have been good until now. Will not be doing business again with this location or their other location. I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company. I wish that I can give this place no stars but the lowest is one. Update on 9/3/2026 - Have not received any communication or responses as of today. Poor customer service and communication.
