They always mess up the orders, the staff is so unenthusiastic, and I'm curious how they're still in business when they can't follow simple instructions let alone make an order properly. The donuts are so dry too. You're better off making the trek to Lakeridge or even Staples Mill. At least their food and service is consistent.

The breakfast sandwiches are solid, and the coffee is steaming. The staff is younger, but they are a good bunch and will work to ensure you’re satisfied. 3/5! (Could easily move to a 4)
- SVSatvik VidiyalaApr 4, 20261.0I missed the drive-thru kiosk and drove up to the pick up window by mistake. And the place was dead no cars or people in the store. Yet the person decided to have me drive around and order at the kiosk, surprising it is him on the headset punching the order. I asked him that he could have just taken the order when I was at the window. He told me that it was his preference. No wonder the store is has no business. With 7 brew right across the street I’m never coming back and will make sure to pass the message around.
