  I am not one to leave reviews, and definitely not bad ones but my experience tonight, 10/2, was insane. To start, the costumer infront of me had to repeatedly ask one of the workers making the food to change her glove because she was touching things in the bottom of the sink and then immediately started touching the food. She gave off vibes she was new, so some slack is given there but GROSS. My issues started when I ordered a burrito, beside the fact they short you on everything you ask for , the burrito had a hole in it once the worker wrapped it. Queso was spilling out. I asked for a double wrap due to that, instead of asking her to re-wrap it. She immediately got an attitude and was questioning me about where the hole was. She then saw the queso dumping out and double wrapped it my husband was behind me and also ordered a burrito so he asked for his to be double wrapped as well. As I checked out (and paid extra for the double wrap when SHE broke the bread) she decided to say in a very snarky attitude “ if you’re going to ask for a double wrap you should do it when you first order so it makes it easier for us”. My bad girlie I didn’t except you to break a hole in the burrito with your fingernail💁🏼‍♀️. I did not get her name , but she was blonde , slim and had her hair in a pony tail. Next time she wants to yell something as I’m walking away, she should probably not be the reason she had to double wrap.

  Food ok, they attitude is bad and service was worse...skimpy portion, had to ask for more too get my money's worth...

  This is the opitome of lazy. Getting a to go order at the pick up window, and they heated 3 large tortillas at the same time and wrapped it in one foil. The foil wasn't even entirely covering them when I pulled it out of the bag either. Chipotle workers, you know this ruins them right? They cool off and stick together. It takes like a whole 30 seconds or less to roll these separately. Just do your job right. Managers/owners: this is probably like the 3rd or 4th time they keep doing this to me. Please bring it up in staff meetings. Your employees shouldn't be in such a hurry that they risk reducing the quality of your take away orders.

  My food was unfortunately so salty this time I couldn't eat most of it. We usually love chipotle but this was disappointing.

  The dirties chipotle I’ve ever been to, there was food everywhere. Staff needs education on how to roll a burrito. Guacamole was not guacamole but instead huge chunks of very hard unripe avocado. Workers were very disorganized. It seems management is lacking in this location.
