Sure, sometimes not everyone gets what they want, but everyone has a chance to get something they want. Whether it is TCG products, comics, video games or other nerd-culture items, you can find a good deal and good service here. The other customers are fun to talk to as well.

My server was so sweet ( wish her name was on the receipt). I walked in to order so I could also use the restroom. The restroom was disgusting but I said something and my server went and checked it was right away. I wish I would have checked my food before I left because it was not good. The chicken on the biscuit was ok but the biscuit fell apart. The chicken minins the bread was hard and tasted stale. The sausage egg biscuit had no flavor at all and there was more cheese melted to the paper then the biscuits. The hash rounds were cold stale hardly intact and very greasy. I don't like writing bad reviews. I know that everyone and every place has off days that's just life. I know y'all hold higher standers then what this branch gave. I love Chick-fil-A and visit my hometown one often but this one disappointed me tremendously.

They are often super busy so the place is also often in need of a freshening up in the dining room and bathrooms. The exterior trash is also often overlooked during the busy times. The drive through line is wrapped around the building and down the back parking area, more times than not. Parking is so difficult here during busy times and if you circle the building once and don't find a spot, you are forced to exit back out on the road and drive around until you can make it back to the entrance again to try all over. Food and service is great. Parking and parking lot is terrible.

Several cars pulled into the first lane and were able to order and pull forward so eventually I said “hello” and they came on and said that I was in a closed lane. I explained to them that the sign out says to use both lanes and so I did and then he went quiet again and went back to ordering for the first Lane. I waited until that car was done and then asked if I could just order in the lane I was in and he just kept repeating you’re in a closed lane and then cut off the mic again so I had to leave. And I also won’t be back even though I come almost every morning before work. I feel like this was just handled in an unnecessarily hostile way when I was just following their own signage…
