  On Sunday May 17th 2026 I ordered 3 wings a biscuit cole slw which was nit in my irder plus a tea. Tried to talk to Tamika co-mgr on duty about resolving the issue Offered a large cole slow by coming back to the store I requested a refund but tge receipt recd dud not match up to the actual price actually charged. I called 17 times to get a resolution but each time she said I was arguing which I was not I an handicapoed and gas very expensive now So my food was cold tough I did not know my cole slaw was not in the box until I got home It took me about 20 minutes to get home Also in the beginning she said very busy with customers in line while on phone I was a customer too How can you help others without first helping to resolve a issue with previous customer Then she said she would like to meet for coffee Tgen on the phone she downplayed me and the situation by being condescending and be just mean talking down to me Overtalked me and would not listen as more calls were made Dont get it twisted everything is fine as long if everything going good but once a problem occurs then the customer is the problem They dont wont to deal with you I dont want food from them now. Its not about food now no positive interaction on solving the issue.

  raw biscuits, RAW FOOD, and they dont care! huge risk of foodborne illnesses! dirty restrooms, no bags in the trash cans, very unsanitary, employees not caring and touching their face and hair with barehands then proceeding to touch the food without washing their hands. was completely ignored while waiting for someone to take my order for 2-3 minutes while an employee was right there with airpors in ignoring all the customers. Line of customers waiting, employees on phone while yelling and screaming and complaining about the fact theres customers and they dont want to be there

  Not greeted at all. Stood at the counter while the counter register employee filled 2 drive through orders without any acknowledgement we were even there. Ordered as done on but served as a take out order. Bologna burnt on one side. I stood at the counter while 3 employees (including the shift manager) walked past me a total of 8 times without any acknowledgement to help. Very poor customer service. We do not plan to return

  We were driving back up from Richmond to PA to where we are from it was my 9yr old 1st time at Bojangles. The staff there was amazing the young lady that took our order was very welcoming and gave my son an extra treat as it was his 1st time eating there, also the Gentleman doing clean up was very friendly he even got my son a couple extra sauces for the road for our order thanks will be stopping there on our next rd trip
