  I wish I would have gotten the SWEETEST babes name!! Today 10/12/26 my daughter, my son and myself went through for the first time ( I WAS NERVOUS I had to park for a min lol) I told her what I wanted and she Delivered!!!! My daughter got an apple pie macchiato. I got a caramel apple Caffeine and I told her just surprise my son and it was a blue raspberry shake in the cutest kids cup ever! To say delicious is an understatement! The BOMB . Com! 10 out of 1000 I recommend! It’s definitely worth the Hype. Picture of my cute baby and his drink!

  Great drinks, terrible service. Took 30 min in our line to finally get our drinks despite the other line being much faster than ours. What was really concerning is being able to hear them inside shouting at each other confused about where all the drinks were and what the drink they were holding was. I think they remade my drink 3 times because they kept losing it.

  Over rated. Drive thru and walk up takes forever. Drinks aren’t bad. I was the only walk up with a line full in the drive thru they looked at me and said “ walk up “ sitting the drink down ( keep in mind I had one drink ) my 6yr old and I had already waited 10 min if not more as the drink was for her. One then picked up a broom while the other starts making other drinks as If she’s going to have to wait until the server gives her the drink. I then walk up and say you can just hand me the drink. They then apologized and give me the drink. My 6 year old got in the car and asked why did it take so long smh. Don’t get me started on how I watched a certain group of ppl no longer working there. Which am not surprised because sitting and waiting for a drink for 10-15min overtime unless there was 1-3 cars in line, many times you pick up on things. I watched the clique like behavior which most times leads to favorites with even an employee crying one time because of how she was talked to. Yeah today was my last and final straw for this place but am sure they’ll continue getting business as usual with no change to urgency and how they treat employees. I can bet if they were to do an Anonymous survey with employees current and past it would say just about all that I’ve stated here as a customer. I tried to give it a chance but some places are just not it and that’s ok as well.

  Very upset with my visit tonight. I come here at least 3-4 times a week and have since they opened this location. I typically LOVE my 7brew where I can make my inspiration drinks that turn out wonderfully flavored. However tonight, I place my order in the app and come pick it up. Every single worker is standing there gossiping with one another. When she scans my code she doesn’t repeat back my order like they normally do, she just tells me my total which whatever it’s late you’re tired cool. However when I receive my drink which was a 7brew energy with brown sugar cinnamon, extra green apple, toasted marshmallow, salted caramel and white chocolate with whipped cream caramel drizzle apple butter drizzle and white chocolate drizzle with light ice I have to send it right back because they didn’t put the whipped cream and drizzles on top like I had asked. Upon receiving my drink again and leaving the parking lot, I go to put my straw in and take a sip and realize that it in fact does not have light ice and extra green apple. Normally my orders are absolutely perfect however tonight’s crew was more worried about gossiping with one another versus focusing on their customers orders
