  We had never been here before. Decided to try it today (Sunday). There were no clearly visible menus. We were asked what we wanted but we had no idea what was on offer because no menus were visible. The girl taking our order offered a couple recommendations but we felt rushed. All in all it was a very uncomfortable and chaotic experience. My husband hated his cold brew and said it was too bitter. My soda thing was okay but definitely not worth the money. We won't be back.

  Dropped by this morning on the 4th of July, all the employees were decked out for the holiday. Everyone was smiling and having fun! Emery was our cashier, there was no line. Wils and Cait came out to greet us and welcome us. Our drinks were delicious , and I tried the cold foam for the first time. Next time I plan to add a shot of espresso to take down the sweet a bit. Love the atmosphere at this location. Will come back simply to have my day lifted by the enthusiasm of the staff! It’s clear to me they are managed by someone who cares about people and experiences! Employees seem genuinely happy to be there, and that says a lot on a holiday with record high temperatures!

  Teenagers running around everywhere yelling and screaming at their coworkers while in the middle of taking an order. Management should step in. This was my first time ordering a fizz soda and my drink is flat. Just disappointed. It was great when they first opened but it’s too laid back now with service and quality.

  As a lover of coffee I hated this. Getting into the drive through was a nightmare. No explanation on how to order. was never offered whip cream or help trying to order when I said id never been here. So got a cookie butter frozen it's so plain and disappointing paid over 11.00for a large. Will never go back.

  I started going to 7 Brew in Ashland as soon as it opened! I like most people was eager to find out for myself what the "hoopla" was all about! To be honest I wasn't too impressed with my first two drinks. That day was BOGO day. It was my fault as not being versed in what drinks to order. That didn't deter me! I'm no quiter! I came home and like most things or topics you've talked about or been to through the day; everything about it starts popping up on your social media! I took screenshot of the drinks (iced coffee) that sounded and looked delicious! Now, I know what to order and every single time, my order has been perfect! The staff are absolutely extraordinary and working their tails off plus they're extremely some of the nicest employees I've encountered anywhere! They're always smiling and eager to get to know you and what your favorite flavors are so they can recommend something different if your adventurous! I have only ordered the iced coffee (the panda is my favorite). I will try something else one day! I love how the music is on while they work but it is extremely loud! I can barely hear the employees and vice versa! I can't imagine the guest at the hotel behind them can get much rest with the music sounding like it's coming from a club!
