This was my first time at 7brew as we had heard great things; however, I probably will never return. My family and I ordered 5 drinks and when we got there the line was awful long which would have been fine if it was good. When our order came out all 5 drinks were mixed and matched. We got 2 of the same drink one with 100% sugar and one with 50%. Mine was 50% sugar and my daughters was 25%. When the drinks came out the server could not tell us what drink was what :( and it had no labels. We had to try each others and guess the flavors and I’ll be honest I think all of them were 100% sugar. My daughter’s drink was mostly all ice and the nasty thing is she found sediment, dirt particles in her drink - see attached picture. I wonder if they’ll shut down for cross contamination and sanitation. I won’t be coming back.

Staff is always very friendly. When they first opened the drinks were great. The last several I purchased tasted like burnt coffee. It costs too much to not be able to drink it. Pretty dissapointed because I was going several days a week when they opened.

I recently went to 7Brew on Sunday, 4/26, and on my first drive-through, my order was wrong. At first, I wasn't upset because I saw they were busy, and I knew they allowed remakes on messed-up drinks. However, when I went up to the stand to get my remake, I overheard two of the workers working the front machine making fun of my order and acting as if making my remake was a burden. It was a female worker with pinkish-red hair and a taller boy with darker brown hair. I am very upset with the workers' attitude and disappointed with this visit. I won't come back.
I have gone twice and I find the soda to be very good. The coffee is okay, but I can at least taste the coffee so it’s a step up from others drive through like Starbucks. However everything tastes like pure sugar.
In addition to this I am extremely upset and displeased at the fact that this restaurant is definitely partaking in some shady tactics. When approaching the people who take your order they immediately request your phone number. Me, unknowingly, gave them my number thinking that they needed it to take my order. Two days later my father got an email from this company despite never having visited the place. My phone number is linked to my father’s account which is linked to his email.
The company collected my information and put me and my family on some sort of advertisement list without my consent or knowledge. While there is no forced disclosure in Virginia the tactic they used is extremely shady and concerning. Making me think I need to give my phone number by basically giving the Chick-fil-a “can I have a name for this order?” Treatment is extremely disappointing and the business should be ashamed for doing that. No blame to the employees for that of course.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER TO THESE PEOPLE!
In addition to this, as someone with sensitivity to loud sounds, the music at the drive through is probably going to give those employees hearing damage. I should not have to leave the drive through with my ears ringing from the music being so loud.
I genuinely wish this place the best, but scummy information collecting and poor atmosphere is not a good sign. I’m happy college students are getting job, but this is wacky. Not good…
Maybe it’s just me approaching grumpy old lady status, but my goodness this place drives me crazy. We have been 3 times now and I’m just not that impressed. My teenagers talked me into going yesterday and while the lines were short, the wait was long. It took us 20 minutes to get 3 drinks despite the place being full of workers. (It seemed a bit chaotic in there. Maybe they need a better system?) They mixed at least two wrong drinks while I was waiting at the front of the line and offered one of them to us… nope, I just want the ones we ordered! When we first pulled in, I had a hard time hearing the girl taking my order (and I don’t think she could hear me) because the music they were playing was so loud. Also, why are there no prices?? In order to find out how much something costs you have to order it first. It feels sneaky to me. I will say, the employees seem nice and eager to do a good job.
