  I have been a fan of 7brew for a long time and was so excited to have it come to Ashland but unfortunately, I have not enjoyed my coffee the same way I do from the Midlo locations. I order the same drink every single time and know the taste very well and it has never tasted like what I get from other locations. We also pay a little more at this location (double food tax in town) so it is even more disappointing to not enjoy my drink.

  First time by, the staff is hard working and diligent. I ordered the Brunette Iced Coffee and let me tell you it was amazing.

  I have tried a drink on now three separate occasions now from here cause people rave about it. I honestly really don’t know why people love this place. Service is friendly and fast, but the drinks are disgustingly disappointing. To be honest, I’m not even sure I got what I ordered on my final attempt to try this place again. Today I ordered a blackberry cobbler fizz and what I got tasted like bubblegum mixed with medicine…it was even curdled which I have no clue how that happens with a soda but it was terrible. Including pictures of what I received vs the image of what I ordered as it appears on the website

  Cooper is truly exceptional! I always hope to see him when I come through because he consistently provides outstanding customer service. He is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, and he has quickly become my favorite team member. Since 7 Brew opened, Cooper has always gone above and beyond to make sure we have a great experience. He is a wonderful representation of what excellent customer service should be!

  The shift lead on 8/14/26 was so friendly and made the short wait breeze by. Love this location. Always get great flavor drinks and love that ya’ll are open late. Keep up the great work!
