They were completely understaffed and failed to inform the 20 car line that they decided to close early and weren’t taking any more orders. We finally get to the ordering machine after 40 minutes just to find out this devastating fact. To have such a long line of cars 40 minutes before closing and not inform anyone that they stopped taking orders and were only making door dash orders. I wish they had told me sooner so that I didn’t have to wait.

This review is for the owner and management of this location. Please, please schedule more staff for the night shift. There were only 3 employees working while trying to handle around 20 cars in the drive-thru. That’s simply not enough.
I want to be clear that this is not the employees’ fault. The staff is always friendly, polite, and doing their best under very difficult circumstances. The responsibility falls on management for not staffing the night shift properly. Please support your employees and your customers by scheduling enough people to handle the workload. The staff deserves better, and so do your customers!
Given this taco bell too many chances. Never once have I gotten an order that is correct or well done. I have gotten rotten food SEVERAL times with my food which is unacceptable. A forgotten item I can forgive as we are all human, but for no reason should you be serving me brown cabbage.
I've gotten undercooked rice, brown cabbage, brown lettuce, rotten tomatoes, missing items, etc.

I got Taco Bell delivery and first thing, the crunch wrap supreme was soggy, the beef was grainy if that makes any sense, and we ordered nacho fries, my school food tasted better. Everything was absolutely terrible but the driver was quick and our order was correct. Also, it was very expensive. For 2 crunch wrap supremes and one nacho fry, IT CAME TO OVER $30!

Taco bell does not care about it's mobile orders or in restaurant customers. They will serve the drive-through first. And, I think this is more of a taco bell problem, but I can only google rate the individual store. I gave it a 2 because the people in the store actually did prevent the problem from being worse.
I placed my order 1:29p online. I got there at 1:31p. After I had been waiting there for over 5 minutes, luckily one of the people working asked me my name. Once I told her, she moved my order to the front of the queue. She told me what I already had figured out. Each time a new drive-through order got placed, its order was put in front of mine for the line prepping the food.
