Shame on u , u keep saying this for years instead of taking action
- STSofia TeumApr 24, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with this Pizza Hut location. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. When I called to place an order, the staff hung up on me after she said “OMG” just because I make her to repeat what she said cuz it was sound on the background so she hung up on me without any explanation, which was frustrating and unacceptable she did that after she put me on hold repeatedly I decided to go in person, hoping things would be better, but the experience got worse. I felt like I wasn’t being treated with basic respect as a customer. On top of that, I was charged much more than expected, with no proper explanation.i asked why I get charged more than the Manu saying she literally said idk idk and she said whatever and she left to inside smh Overall, this location needs serious improvement in customer service and communication. I would not recommend ordering from here based on my experience.
