I did not even talk to him but he made ridiculous remarks of my disappointing reaction after getting to know that they couldn’t make the food. He closed the door and talked rubbish.

They had the wrong address, marked it delivered when it wasn’t, and the so-called manager was clueless and completely unapologetic. No credit, no refund, no effort to fix it — they actually seemed relieved when I canceled. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with Papa John’s. Never ordering from them again.
