  This was my first time trying Jimmy John’s ever and it was gross. The bread was hard, the meat tasted old and the workers had attitude. I told them when I walked it was first time ever in a Jimmy John’s and I guess that didn’t make a difference. I will never eat here ever again no matter what location. Over priced Gross food, service, and surroundings.

  I’ve been in this JJ store about 10 times over the past two years and the workers here have never ever said ‘hello’ or greeted me after I walked in and greeted them with a smile and hello. They are never polite and always appear to be grumpy and hate their jobs. Ha! Get a new gig if it’s THAT bad, fellas. I’ve seen several customers walk out after not being greeted and are ignored for 5-10 minutes after they walk in Actually, I’m currently in the store now and two just walked out. SMH. The ONLY reason why I come back is for the food.

  Terrible Customer service, slow service, employees are rude and indifferent. This one store is the single worst experience I've ever had with JJ's. I've never experienced any other locations like this in any other city. It's surprising because this is such a great area with many service offerings very focused on the customer experience, this one lowers the bar for the JJs name as a whole.
