  I frequently order from this restaurant through Uber Eats and DoorDash because I live quite far away and cannot visit the restaurant every time. When I used to dine at the restaurant, they would kindly provide sel roti and mula ko achar as a complimentary item. Because of that, whenever I placed a delivery order, I assumed they might include it as well. I used to call and ask, and they would kindly add it to my order. However, my recent experience was very disappointing. On Saturday, August 8, I called and asked about the sel roti and mula ko achar. The woman who answered the phone told me in a rude tone that it was Saturday, they were very busy, and they did not have enough sel roti. I understood that because I know weekends can be busy. Then on Thursday, August 13, I placed another order and called to ask about it. This time she told me that they no longer had any because they had cooked it in the morning. Again I completely understand that they may run out of an item or may not be able to provide it with every order. That is not the issue. The problem is the way I was spoken to. If the restaurant has changed its policy and no longer provides sel roti and mula ko achar with delivery orders, they could simply tell me that politely. I would have completely understood. There was no need for the rude and dismissive tone. I am a regular customer who frequently orders from this restaurant and I believe loyal customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I am not upset about not receiving a complimentary item, I am disappointed by the way the situation was handled. Good customer service and respectful communication are just as important as good food.

  ** Have been coming here for years, always gone back happy ** We have been coming here for past 5 years and have never been disappointed. Always consistent with food quality and hospitality. Very few restaurants would come close to their benchmark. Must try - Noodles - Chilly chicken - Chicken sekua - Old fashioned - Not tonight

  A very disappointed patron who used to frequent almost 3 times a week. The momo used to be legit. The Jhol (sauce/soup) momo used to taste like the Everest momo in Nepal. But then something happened, and the soup started to feel off. The soup started tasting like tomato and some spices blended in. Nothing as special as it used to be before. Then thrice in a row, we were served with sauce that smelled bad. The third time, enough was enough - we returned it to the kitchen. Then today, the filling in the momo felt less like chicken and more like soybean. This is unacceptable. The momo used to take time to prepare, as it should. Freshly made momo takes time. Today it took less than 5 minutes. Probably microwaved. Unacceptable. Please get your momos together.

  Absolutely loved my experience at Himalayan Wild Yak! The food was delicious, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, with warm and welcoming service. Our server, Bandana, was wonderful and especially recommended the wild boar—it was so good! Tender, flavorful, and definitely a must-try. Thank you for the great recommendation and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  10/10 no notes everything was exceptional. My favorite thing was the goat bhuttan (goat meat, organs,and intestines) but the yak chili and braised yak was also great 👍
