We ordered two chicken wraps and waited more than 30 minutes. When our food finally arrived, they only brought one wrap, and it was completely cold. It honestly tasted like the chicken had just been taken out of the freezer and put into the wrap. We didn’t complain and waited for the second order, which arrived about 10 minutes later, even though both wraps were ordered at the same time. Unfortunately, the second wrap was just as cold as the first. I took the untouched wrap back to show the staff, but they initially refused to acknowledge the issue. They took both wraps to the kitchen, and the employee gave us an unfriendly look as they walked away, making us feel uncomfortable. We paid for both meals but left extremely disappointed. Based on this experience, this is one of the last places I would ever return to, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

I usually prefer it be to be less spicy, so my favorite is the Korean Nuggets (sweeter) or Chi Bowl. Family favorite would be the Sando, Chicken Bites, Wrap, funnel sticks and the variety of boba drinks. Always consistent and especially for the Spice Levels.. you get exactly what you ask for. Spice levels range from No Spice | No Heat | Mild | Medium | etc
