- JWJohn WeaverJun 27, 20261.0Store came along way compared what it used to be but the prices are way to high,every item looks like it came in bulk and they sell it individually and way smaller plus I would recommend manager get on some employees about hygiene not very pleasant when checking out.

I approached her with a simple question, but before I could fully explain the situation, she repeatedly interrupted me and told me, “Give me one minute. Relax.” At no point was I being aggressive, impatient, or pressuring her. I was simply trying to ask a question. What bothered me most was not the wait, but her attitude. Her tone came across as condescending and dismissive, making me feel as though I was being talked down to rather than helped as a customer. Customer service should be respectful and professional, even during busy times.(when I come is not a busy time. 10AM) I shop at Giant regularly and expect employees to treat customers with courtesy. Unfortunately, this interaction left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I hope management will address this issue and remind staff of the importance of treating customers with professionalism and respect.

Every time I have asked for assistance, they have been wonderful. Never had a problem finding a parking spot, but do drive carefully, because there are multiple stores and drive-thrus in that space.
