He was extremely helpful, kind, and professional, and honestly made my day better. It’s great to see young people like him working in customer service who genuinely care about helping customers. He is definitely the right person for the job. Giant should be recognizing him for his outstanding customer service. Employees like him make a big difference and are a great reflection of the store. Thank you, Faizan, for making my experience such a positive one.

I approached her with a simple question, but before I could fully explain the situation, she repeatedly interrupted me and told me, “Give me one minute. Relax.” At no point was I being aggressive, impatient, or pressuring her. I was simply trying to ask a question. What bothered me most was not the wait, but her attitude. Her tone came across as condescending and dismissive, making me feel as though I was being talked down to rather than helped as a customer. Customer service should be respectful and professional, even during busy times.(when I come is not a busy time. 10AM) I shop at Giant regularly and expect employees to treat customers with courtesy. Unfortunately, this interaction left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I hope management will address this issue and remind staff of the importance of treating customers with professionalism and respect.
