Grapes were in the plastic clam shell container, full of bugs! Moving black bugs! Threw those out as well. Navel oranges found 2 spoiled ones in my bag! Threw those out as well. I saw on the website they had certain other fruits but of course it was not there. Wasted time money and hope on this trip. Really don’t feel I will be going back to this or any other Giant. Thank goodness there’s various options for groceries in the Ashburn/Leesburg area or I’d be out of luck.

Catherine went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, and her positive attitude truly made the experience enjoyable. I also wanted to provide a little constructive feedback regarding Aisha in customer service. While she was helpful, I believe a little m more polish and warmth in how she responds to customers would make interactions feel more welcoming and professional. Customer service tone and delivery can make a big difference in the customer experience. Overall, thank you to the team for your hard work and dedication.
