    This place is super sketch. They will add tip at the drive thru charge your card and not provide a receipt. Please fix this location.

    Understaffed. Waited 10 minutes for a coffee. Like one person working?? You make enough to have more staff.

    At 11:30am today, I went through the drive thru and got snackin bacon and a sausage wake up wrap. The bacon and sausage is undercooked. Took one bite of the sausage and had to spit it out. The bacon is limp and disgusting looking. But this is not even the worst part.. the manager had such attitude when I brought it all back and mentioned to her that it was undercooked. She never apologized and kept rolling her eyes at me and acting like it’s my fault. As a customer that’s the worst feeling, I am paying for my food, it’s not free and then to be treated the way she did is unacceptable. This is the third time for me in the last 2 months where the food has been subpar at this location! Management needs to do better with food and service!!!

    If you want your order to be correct, don't go to this Dunkin in the afternoon. I gave them one free screw up a few weeks ago when they gave me black coffee instead of hot chocolate. Today, I received iced black coffee with raspberry flavoring instead of iced tea. On both occasions, the drinks weren't for me, so I had no idea they were wrong until the person I bought them for took a big sip and then spit it out. The young adult working the drive through doesn't understand enough English to take orders, and there were other employees laughing in the background while I ordered. Very disappointing.
