  wanted to leave a review for Fatima at Dunkin’. She was the cashier and server during my visit and provided excellent customer service. She was very personable, quick with my order, and the store itself was clean and well maintained. What stood out most, though, was that Fatima was the only employee working while the air conditioning in the store was not functioning. It was obviously extremely hot inside, yet she still remained professional, kind, and attentive to customers. As a large company, I believe Dunkin’ should do better to support employees working under those conditions and recognize team members like Fatima who continue to provide outstanding service despite difficult circumstances. 2 stars for the atmosphere of having no AC.

  Omgooosh everything about this location was not great. Not only did they not have certain flavors that were promoted in store, all sandwiches and coffee's were all made wrong. One was literally void of coffee I think and was strait water, ice and sugar??? Idk.. coffee was weak to begin with but it was just an awful experience here. We were on the road traveling, so wasn't about to turn around and fix everything...

  This is honestly unacceptable. My husband ordered an oat milk latte for me from this location, and when he got home, and I took a sip, it was clearly made with regular milk—even though it was labeled as oat milk. That’s not a small mistake, especially for people who have dietary restrictions. He drove all the way back with the drink to have it corrected, and instead of fixing the issue, the employee doubled down and insisted it was oat milk without even bothering to check if it was correct. This level of carelessness and refusal to correct an obvious mistake is incredibly frustrating.

  The worst Dunkin' Donuts ever!! Everyone that works here is miserable. They also never have any stirrers for your coffee. Why would I want to stir my scolding hot coffee with plastic?!
