  I ordered Chipotle for my family of four and waited by the pickup shelves for our order. While I was waiting, I politely asked an employee working behind the counter if I could get a side of vinaigrette. I smiled and asked nicely, but she waved me off and told me to go to the front. The front was extremely busy, so I came back and politely asked again if she could simply hand me one. Instead, she gave me a dirty look and completely ignored me. Eventually, I had to ask the cashier for help. He walked over to the exact area where she was standing, grabbed the vinaigrette, and handed it to me. It took him a few seconds. I understand employees get busy, but there was no reason for the dismissive attitude or to ignore a customer asking a simple question. I wasn’t rude or demanding. I was picking up dinner for my family and asked for one small item. Horrible customer service and an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. Management needs to address how customers are being treated at this location.

  Yeah this one is a little rambunctious. But I think it's a kid hang out spot. Which is cool. At least the kids were enjoying themselves and safely. Overall I give it a 6/10.

  This location gets overwhelmed with teenagers during peak hours, and the staff is not equipped to handle the rush. Despite repeated customer feedback, management has not added staff for peak times or improved training. To the staff on duty this past weekend — I understand you probably had a hectic day, but that is no reason to take frustration out on customers or leave food pans empty. The biggest concern was seeing one of the staff check his phone constantly with gloved hands and then handle food with the same gloves. This is a serious health risk. Everyone in line was noticing and discussing this. I don't intend to get anyone fired, I just hope the mistake is recognized and corrected. With rising costs for everyone, I hope businesses focus not just on revenue, but also to provide quality and safe service.

  This place is complete chaos. Without fail, EVERY TIME I’ve gone there they either have food missing (aka they are too lazy or understaffed to take the time to make more), soggy chips, or it’s just a filthy mess. Chipotle needs to raise their standards for franchise owners because this location is making the brand look bad. I never knew it was possible to JUST open and be run so poorly. Chikfila would never allow a franchise owner to operate a location like this…

  I live in the area and was very excited when I heard Chipotle is opening in the shopping center But NOT anymore. I visited this location today and absolutely disappointed. I got Burrito bowl with white rice and their new asado chicken. The lady literally put very little chicken and little rice without a shame. This is much less quantity than other locations that I go to. When asked more chicken of course they asked me if I want double meat. I had no choice. Then the worst part, to finish the bowl, the lettuce served was just 4 to 5 strands. Well, when I started eating, something was very salty and bowl become very soggy because of the shredded like Asado chicken served in the bowl. I just couldn't eat it. The staff is under trained and rude. Mr. Owner, if you are reading this review, please teach them some good manners and to be little generous with the portions. Food is not cheap these days and not getting desired quantity makes it more worse. I would never visit this location again.
