  Food was super fresh and tasty, as usual. Unfortunately, the service was among the worst I've ever seen at a Chipotle establishment. It was a Friday night at around 9:30PM. They ran out of steak, and instead of stating, "hey, would you mind waiting while the new batch comes out?" - he insisted I choose another protein. Next, I mentioned to the young lady working the register that the fresh juice dispensers were almost empty, she said she'd care of it. Fast forward about 10 minutes as I went through the line, she asks would I like a drink. I replied, "did the juice dispensers get filled?" She looked at me like she totally forgot about it. Yet, she STILL asked if I wanted to purchase a fountain drink. LOL! The place is a hot mess. Trash, receipts, empty cups, etc. are littered all over. They seem to more concerned about getting customers in and out as fast as possible. Just terrible, all around.

  Had to check out the newly opened location in brambleton since its so close to my house. Amazing service, atmosphere, and quality of food. One of the workers serving the food named Adam was very welcoming and gave a lot of food, the portions here are given very generously which I love and is hard to find unlike other Chipotle locations. Quality of ingredients you can tell are super fresh and well marinated. I dont know why the other people who gave bad reviews had such problems, basically everything seemed exceptional if compared to the majority of other Chipotle locations.

  This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to; the staff’s attitude is terrible. I was just trying to pick up an order—I told that Mexican guy my name twice, but he ignored me and made me wait over half an hour without preparing it; he deliberately left the order sitting there undone. Staff with such poor standards should be fired, not just wasting time and slacking off—moving so slowly, as if they hadn't eaten a thing.

  I went to this location yesterday and the two workers that stood out were Nikki and Sean. They both seemed like they had been working had and still showed enthusiasm in serving me and my daughter. They both were very courteous and provided service with a smile. I read the other reviews and felt that ppl need to allow new business and its employees some time to fit in their role in order to exceed. I am thankful for this location. Also, just a suggestion to please put more rice per portion. They don't cost that much. Thank you. 🙏

  As a Chipotle fan, I'd think that a new Chipotle would do decent job with portions to attract customers. This Chipotle skimps out, clearly not remembering what a regular serving of an item is. If you go here, make sure to ask them to add more of the same item again if it looks like a half serving (salsa, corn, lettuce,cheese, sources cream, etc). Go to the other Chipotle at Yukon Dr. for better service if this one doesn't improve asap. Look at other reviews, it's consistent, and the feedback to reviews is useless.
