I was told that if I drive to the location I ll be given the missing chicken and that is the only thing they can do. If I could drive to the store, I would not have paid extra for delivery service and waited 40 min for the wrong order to arrive. Bad Customer Service. Unable to find a solution to a problem that should have not happened from the start.

We were attended to by a short, dark-complexioned Latina waitress who was INCREDIBLY RUDE. While we understand that customer service can be exhausting and stressful, her attitude was unacceptable. She brought us whatever she pleased and in MINISCULE portions; my plate was barely filled. The service was terrible. My friends and I are regulars and normally receive wonderful service, but tonight we were treated horribly by this lady.
